    Please help

    I usually follow green but have started to follow EE, and I'm stuck. Can I just eat fish alone for snacks or just as part of a 1/3 portion.

    Also, I know about the 1/3 rule for meals, but can I just have fish and veg or do I need to have carbs if I have fish? And vice versa?

    Please help xx

    yes you can eat fish or meat as snacks, it does say make superfree as your first choice with snacks but i always eat ham turkey in between meals, also you can just have fish and veg, you dont need to add any carbs xx

    Thankyou so much. Does the rule go for carbs and veg too. I know this would be a free meal so tech green but if I only have 1 hex a and 1 hex b could this be an extra easy day if I was to have fish for dinner ? X
