Extra Easy Am I eating the right thing for breakfast?

Today for breakfast I had one slice on break which is part of my healthy extra and then a few spoonfuls of beans. Is that okay? Or will I start gaining weight?
 
That's absolutely fine, hon. I see absolutely no reason why that would cause a weight gain. The only thing I would suggest is that you try to have some superfree with your breakfast as well. Personally, I'm always hungry first thing so I make a hearty breakfast a priority. If I was having beans on toast, I'd have a whole small tin plus some grilled mushrooms and tomatoes.
