New buddie on block
Hi folks joined slimming world last week ,first week loss 4.5 lb ,I have found minimins great help with syns value ,lookin forward to your help for a slimmer me (with your help ) xx

welcome to minimins and well done on a great first week loss!!
I'm also a newbie with very similar first week results (-5lb yay) and have found this site great for ideas on exciting low syn or free foods. Hoping to continue on the right track now and not give up!
A few mini targets to work towards:
Reach 15% Weight Loss (14st 3lb)
Get Silver 7 No.5 (14st 3lb)
Be under 200lb (14st 3lb)
Get into the 13s (13st 13lb)
Reach 3st loss (13st 10lb)
Reach 3st away from target (13st 7lb)
Reach 20% Weight Loss (13st 6lb)
Reach Silver 7 no.7 (13st 3lb)
Get into the 12s (12st 13lb)
That should be enough to keep me going for now
