I was a member of SW last year and in my 1st month lost...
Wk 1 - 15
Wk 2 -7
Wk 3 - 4
Wk 4 - 4
I have A LOT to lose but the losses were just through changing food.
I ended up losing 4 stone but left SW and put it all back on (a story for another day!!) but rejoined 4 weeks ago.
The only difference this time is I joined a gym - thinking It would boost weight loss. This time I lost 11 in week 1 then 2 every week since
I know a loss is a loss etc but it's disheartening when I have been to the gym 4 times a week, 100% food optimising and only lose 2 lbs in my first few weeks (having 15 stone to lose!)
So to get to the point of my essay... Can exercise slow down weight loss??
