Hi everyone, I'm new to this so please bear with me:)
I have been back on slimming world diet for almost three weeks, doing it at home with old books and magazines. In the first two weeks I lost 8lb doing mostly red days but today ( half way through the third week ) I've put on a pound!!!
i know I shouldn't weigh every day. But I've been walking 4 miles every day, swimming and sticking to the plan and trying not to feel disheartened.
can anyone give me any tips please? Thank you!!!!
Take no notice of mid week weigh ins, i'm a serial weigher and mine are always 2-3lbs up during the week but i manage a loss at official weigh in. Our bodies are weird, ignore it ;) x

Yes midweek weighs are terrible - keep going! also external factors like mother nature can impact weight (water retention) xx
