I darn t weigh, I reckon I am about 18 stone now the biggest I have ever been.
I have been having a problem with binge eating and binge drinking, I am the type of person that can not just cut down I have to follow some type of a plan. I found when I was doing SW I thought because I did not have beans for breakfast I had to have red day for the rest of the day? It confused me, even though I have done this plan so many times before I don't understand it still. I always stuck with original days back in the day.
I am going to show you my plan for tomorrow please tell me if this will be original, I need to shift this weight I feeling so depressed.
Breakfast: 2 slice of Warburton small loaf (HEB) with 2 laughing cow triangles light (prob syn these), 2 dry fry eggs, ww bacon, mushrooms and grilled tomatoes.
Lunch: Tuna with salad, muller light yogurt and a banana (spread out)
Dinner: Chicken curry (made with fat free yogurt, tomatoes, spices, spinach and ofcourse chicken). butter nut squash chips done in fry light.
Snack on strawberries and perhaps another muller in the evening with bag of ryvita minis (HEB) and glass of milk (HEA)
As for syns I was thinking of perhaps having a bag of quavers and a chocolate roll.
Does this sound OK?
Tuesday I would like to try an EE day, same for breakfast as above but add half tin of beans (do i have to have beans?).
Lunch: cous cous with chicken and salad
Dinner: Spag bol (all home made ingredients, tomatoes, spinach and peppers will be included in sauce for superfree foods?)
syns and HEA HEB (only 1 of each today) as above.
I really need to give my kidneys a break and get my blood pressure down. As well as fit back into my size 18's/16's.
Hubby also got my treadmill set up again and I will be doing half an hour twice daily of brisk walking to start.
Please help I am desperate.
(can not afford class at the moment have quit my job-that is a different story)
