I restarted SW on Monday and will be rejoining group on Saturday. I've been off the wagon for about 6 months and have gained back most of the 1st 2lbs I lost!
I'm happy to be back on track but I'm suffering from the same old 'I want the weight off NOW' mentality!
I've just returned from a miserable summer holiday to Italy - I spent the entire time feeling like a beached whale around the pool. I have a wedding in December and need to look fab!

I rejoined group last week after losing 3 stone from oct-April. Having had nearly 4months off plan, I got away with a 7lb gain. I know what you mean about wanting the weight off now lol however I'm going into this with the aim of losing 1 lb a week and anything extra is a bonus. Good luck:)
Isn't it funny how we're happy eating bad food for a few months then when it comes to losing the weight we want it gone now, like you say. Good luck losing it again, I'm sure you'll do fine :)
