slimming world when poorly
I'm full of a cold...tired n no energy and no appetite for food/meals just junk....and that's all I've been eating since yesterday is junk choc, crisps, biscuits.....how can I get out of this rut feel worse now

junk isn't going to make you feel better, when I'm ill I want mash potatoes, do you have a comfort food you eat when poorly?
Break the cycle by having a comfort SW meal, maybe beans, mash & a fried egg
I'm never poorly so not used to It ....just been down boots to get stuff to make me feel better might try something later just gonna try and drink lots of water for the rest of the day to make me feel better after all that junk x
You are right eating junk will just make you feel worse. I always feel guilty when I go off plan.
If your too poorly to cook you could have simple things like mugshots, pasta and sauce or toast and scrambled egg if you haven't used your healthy extra yet today.
