Is part of the point of the superfree that you put it on your plate to reduce the amount of other foods you put on your plate and eat? Does it count if its mixed in with you meal like in a pasta dish and can you have it before or after your meal, like a fruit salad after, would that count? Also what about snacks on ee? Would I be able to have a mugshot for a snack, would I have to have an apple with it or something? Thanks
Yes the point is to reduce the more calorific foods on your plate....yes it counts if its mixed in with your meal and yes you can have it as fruit before or after your meal but you need to leave the 1/3rd on your plate empty....no you don't need superfree with snacks just main meals unless you want to that is x
