After six weeks of slimming world I have lost a stone but have stayed the same the last two weeks, not shifted any more which has been a bit demoralising. Usually when socialising I have been good and ordered salads with dressing on the side and kept within syns but all that failed yesterday. Had a day in London ending up in Planet Hollywood where I ended up with chicken fajitas and 3 cocktails! All delicious but felt so bloated afterwards.
woken up today disappointed with myself but determined to get back on track! Maybe ill try not to get on the scales so often and see if I notice more changes then.

I agree, you can repair that without too much trouble. The problem with over eating a bit is not letting it get out of hand.
Draw a line under it honey :) I've had a few of those days and even the slightest bit over plan makes you feel like you've lost control :)
Go straight back to plan and try and make 'better' choices next time you're put in that position.
