I've been on the board lots of times but I really need to get to grips and start the plan properly.
I start, last a couple of weeks then give up.
I find it hard to trust in that it will work, even though I did sw years ago (when it was red and green) with really good results.
I'm terrified of joining a group as I'm scared of what the scales will say - every time I rejoin its a bigger number. And worried it'll be another waste of money.
Have tried ww, sw, fasting, gl over the last year,
Wondering whether to give it a go again next week, got a v sociably busy wknd. Once that's over I'll have to not do anything social wise as just can't while I'm trying to lose weight!
Just want to lose 2.5 stone (probably more now!), why is it so flippin difficult!
It is difficult but I personally would say the easiest way to do it is with sw. The scales say the same whether we actually face them or not and the only way we can change that number is by sticking to plan and taking control
