Little excercise ?
Hi guys. I'm wondering is there any fellow sw'ers in my situation ? I have mobility issues so its difficult to do a lot of walking or running etc. I try to do a good but of cardio when I can but I was just wondering has sw worked for anyone without exercising and just the eating plan alone ? Thanks :)
I have an illness which prevents me from going walking etc a lot of the time. So far, I've lost weight while sat on my couch!
I hope that if I lose a couple of stone my health will improve, and I can get out walking more, but for now lack of exercise hasn't stopped my weight loss. Obviously exercise is important for well-being, but to even get the healthy eating under control is a big step in the right direction.
Hi there - SW does work without exercising.
The benefits of exercise tend to be about inch loss not necessarily lbs lost. Hope this helps. I focused on getting the hang of the weight loss before I started doing exercising. xxx
