HUFF - AAAHHHHHHHHH
Basically that's how i feel this week :cry:just starting every day 100% all motivated and getting to mid afternoon and letting emotions get on top of me then i binge AAAAAAHHHHHHHH
So things aren't a complete wipe out - but want to have some days together of 100%. I cannot weigh in next week so i have from now till Monday 21st to lose the weight - so want to start now a get a good loss.
Just wanted to rant really and write this down....C'MON - :)

You have already lost weight according to your stats so you do know how to do it.
I know that feeling but what worked for me is writing it all down in my book, no matter how naughty I had been and actually counting up the syns of what I had. I now find it an achievement when I have stayed within my syns and really done well.
I am currently on day 30 of being 100% so if I can do it you can too!
