This is my 2nd week I lost 3 an half first week was made up cos I ate so much and was so nawty the weekend had a drink an chippy an McDonald's so am happy I have a long way to go want to lose 6st x

To loose the 6st that you want you need to stick to the SW plan, I lost my weight by planning my meals in advance, only buying the ingredients to make them with.Write a weekly food diary, it will help you keep on track! If you like Mcdonalds then look in the recipe section of this forum, you will find SW versions of all these foods that are good for you . Have a treat now & again but try to plan it in with your weekly food & syn it before!
