A it normal on sw to feel this bloated??
Honestly I feel gross. My belly looks pregnant, my clothes feel tight.
I'm on day 3 of ee and even though I've only got half a stone to lose in scared I'm actually putting weight on.
I have weigh in on mon at 5 and I'll be honest I keep getting this feeling of dread that I'm gonna weigh half a stone more on the scales. I'm really enjoying this diet and planning my meals, but I'm
Scared that the saying 'if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is' is going to be the case.

Anyone else have this??? ?

Are you drinking enough water? I find that if I don't drink I get bloated. I've started drinking green tea which is supposed to help too!

I drink 3 litres of water a day, but then I've always done that. I've read loads of good and bad things on the internet about extra easy. I really want to go and weigh myself to put my mind at ease, but not so sure this is a good idea x

Its the increase in fibre from all the veg, fruit, beans etc. that 1/3 super free had a lot to answer for. It passes but you do need to keep fluid up, peppermint tea is good and I find helps better than plain water which can sometimes make me feel bloated all on its own. Oh and be prepared for the wind. That too passes, literally.

Oh god, I've had the worst stomach ache. I suffer with ibs but sweet *****, I feel like I'm getting punched! I guess I've just got to go with it.
I've got the most awful fear that I'm going to get on those scales on mon and it's gonna say +7!

I answered the same question on another thread yesterday, it will pass, it's all the fruit and veg and fibre, my poor body doesn't know what's hit it!

Feel calmer today! I went to boots to weigh myself and have lost 5lb! Beltin! I must be doing something right. I needed to know as so scared they would show a gain!

I suffer from IBS & my first week on plan was horrendous because of the massive change in diet. I used to have frquent flare ups prior to SW, but I've had none since that initial week, even after going off plan for holiday & eating all of the things that would normally set me off! My body feels so much better. It could be because you are taking in too much water if you are drinking 3ltr a day plus all of the extra water your body will be getting from the fruit & veg, but it'll pass as your body adjusts. I definitely agree with peppermint tea, it really helps :)

I think this may be more to do with the ibs, I have PCOS and I found I noticed bloating too at the beginning as your body is getting used to all the fruit and veg but my first week I lost a massive 8Ibs and I seriously didnt know how I lost as I went over my syns that first weekend.

That explains the wind I have had !!!! Its been terrible and I was starting to worry

I know this is an old thread, but man I'm glad I found it! I'm on week 2, and I don't think my body know's what has hit it! It's painful, feeling bloated, VERY gassy. I've never eaten so much fruit and veg. I tend to have the same things though, apple, clementines and grapes. Plus then there's the beans - butter beans, kidney beans, chick peas... I hope this will pass... literally!
