Superspeed vs Superfree
After a very festive weekend with a lot of rum consumed, I'm looking to focus and get a good loss this week!
From experience do you have a better loss when u eat a lot of super free foods or when you do success express and up your super free intake?

I'm guessing you mean do you have better losses if you eat more SuperFree or if you eat more SuperSpeed - although your post said SuperFree both times.

Yeah I do stick to plan 100% usually but had one evening off plan with alcohol so was looking for some peoples and inputs on their experience with losses when they eat more super free or super speed foods
I would just say get back on plan. Try not to overthink it. The plan works, so just go with the flow and see what happens :)
Thank you for the advice!! I think I'm just beating myself up because I went off plan for an evening, and pressurising myself into losing 6lb by Christmas, which I'm sure is more than doable if I stick to plan 100%
Hi! I beat myself up every week, whether I go off plan or have a treat within my syns! Usually I still lose. I had a terrible week last week and strangely lost half a pound, but (i am a Wednesday weigher) I am terrified it will all catch up with me tomorrow!
I did Success Express for a few days one week to make up for some high-syn days. I gained that week, so it's hard to tell how much it helped. Another girl in my group who usually had big losses did SE for a whole week and maintained and was gutted. BUT: the week after my gain I lost 4lb and the week after her maintain she lost loads. So what I'm saying is it might be that the effects of SE take a while to filter through!
Personally I think upping your superfree to maybe 1/2 the plate will help; I get quite hungry on full SE (2/3) myself. I find it easier than having to think about what's superspeed. But it's always good if you can happily swap a food like grapes or banana for a superspeed food like melon or pomelo, or eat lots of pulses!
