eBay! Or go to group once and pay £10 to get the book and the membership for that week and then don't go again x

Keep an eye out for promotions. They are often knocking around for no joining fee etc, go and get the latest books.

Not sure if it is supposed to be mentioned here, it appears to be a very well-kept secret, but let's just say that a certain well-known slimming organisation officially sells its packs on a certain well-known auction site. The price includes two weeks membership.

If I give you a link this message will disappear, so you will have to find it for yourself. Sorry!

Well sadly you have to accept it's not for everyone to sit in group for an hour and a half every week!
I don't exactly love paying £4.95 just to get weighed and then walk straight back out, but my consultant is patronising and the activities she plans are moronic and a waste of my time so unfortunately I do pay the money every week just to keep me on track by getting weighed and for the occasional use of the crappy app, but I can completely see why some people don't want to!

Not sure why your group is an hour and a half. Image therapy should be 45-60 mins after weigh in ends.
I do accept it, it's just rather irritating - we have a job to do and have to account for our members and why new don't return. Thankfully it doesn't happen often, although I am expecting an influx in January!!

All I wish is that when I text bussing members the following week, that they would be honest and say they weren't coming back!!
Anyway, I will get off my soapbox now :-)
