Yes this plan does work, best advice I can give is
1: Take a picture of yourself now for future proof!
2:Each week write a food menu and only buy that food, that way you will not be tempted!
3:Keep a daily diary of everything you eat, this is very useful if you have a bad week!
Good luck & when you reach your target you will be able to show us a before & after pics.
