    Green days!

    Hi all,

    I have done SW before and have been back on it for three weeks now! Doing it from home as I'm currently in oz for a year abroad and they haven't brought it out here yet. Love extra easy but like today realised I've had no meat therefore think I should class as a green day! I've never done green red before so can anyone explain how it works in clear simple terms haha! Thanks

    Hi

    Greens days All beans pulses rice pasta and potatoes are free. Any meat would be HEXB or syns. You get 2 HEXA and 2 HEXB. 3rd of plate super free is still recommended. I love Green days Sw chips beans and egg. Yum!

    Green days are just the same as EE except any meat and fish would be synned, although some can be used as a HEB in a measured amount. 5-15 syns as usual. One third superfree as usual. Bonus is you get a choice of having one or two HEAs and get two HEBs. There is also a wider choice of HEBs as cheese counts as a HEB on the green plan including many that don;t count as a HEA
