    Syns

    Hey
    im just wondering what everyone uses their syns for??? This is my second week on SW & I've been having yogurt & fruit for breakfast saving my B food for lunch! Thinking of using some of my syns to have cereal in morning as I'd still have enough left for wee curly wurly at night!

    Typical days menu would be
    cereal for breakfast (using syns)
    Toast & boiled egg. For lunch ( healthy B)
    Protein & rice/pasta for tea (free)
    Fruit (free)
    Curly wurly (using syns)

    Does anyone else use their syns to have an extra B food??? I'm just worried I won't lose ifi do this but I'm sure that's better than using them all on chocolate & crisps!!!!

    I often use my syns for a Rocky Road Hifi Light because I like a cereal bar as a mid morning snack (I use my HexB for porridge).

    I often use a few in my main meals, maybe a sauce or something and then I have a few left for a treat of some type

    For me the main things are:
    Occasionally extra cheese/bread.
    Avocado every now and then (love it!)
    Quorn sausages.
    Mayonnaise, ketchup.
    CHOCOLATE and the occasional biscuit.
    WINE.
    Sept (week 1): -2lb. Oct: -6lb. Nov: -6lb. Dec: -1lb. Jan: -5.5lb. Feb: -2.5lb. March: -2.5lb. Aim for April: -5lb. April so far: -0.5lb

    AIMS:

    Into the 12s
    Regain my 0.5 stone award
    Regain my 1 stone award
    Don't gain more than 3lb at Christmas (Only 1.5lb gained!)
    Into the 11s for good!
    Halfway to healthy BMI (11st12)
    Club 10
    1.5st gone
    Lose weight on holiday (Lost 0.5lb by climbing a load of mountains to make up for all the wine, phew!)
    Half a stone to go to healthy BMI
    2st gone
    Into the 10s
    Healthy BMI (10st10) soon, but definitely before I go to Spain in June!
