After a very very very bad weekend I need to do sucess express.
From what I under stand of it 2/3 needs to be superfree and 1/3 free. Syns need to be taken at highest value.
Where do healthy extras stand?
And also are potatoes and meat still free or syned?
I do extra easy.

If you have the books it's in the back of the book about the Red/Green plans. Think it's also online.
If not, yes, each meal is 2/3 superfree and all syns at the highest value.
If a snack isn't superfree, you also need to syn it if it's not free on all plans (so meat, fish, potatoes, pasta etc) but I'm pretty sure you're fine to have those as 1/3 of actual meals without synning them.
You get two of each healthy extra (like on Red and Green).
