    Snacker eating too much?

    I woke up with a migraine and had no appetite and now I seem to be snacking on anything and everything all on plan but still feel like I could be eating too much? It's star week so I think this is why....

    wm bread HEB 2 boiled eggs
    apple and fat free vanilla yogurt

    pasta tuna salad hex a rf cheese
    melon banana grapes strawberries

    chicken breast slimming world chips, nandos sauce 3 syns, corn on cob salad

    freddo bar 5 syns

    That looks good all on plan, I would say have more syns and if your hungry snack on on plan things. I have a snack mid morning and afternoon otherwise I get too hungry and eat the wrong things

    It looks good, The only thing is corn on the cob isnt SF, its just a free food (so are peas, I was gutted when I found that one out!)
    Could you eat more SF? you could also have some more syns if you wanted.
    What do you have to drink, are you getting enough water? I get really bad migraines and its usually because Ive drank more coffee and less water than normal.

    I drink like 3l water and like 2/3 green teas my migraine is just star week, then star week makes me want to eat! I know corn isn't SF but have huge salad and I had salad at lunch and loads of fruit during day so I'm happy with my SUPERFREE just wanted to check wasn't eating too much. People say too much fruit too much sugar etc! Just about to put my tea on the plate and it's looking good! That's the thing I love about it being summer here I don't mind most of my plate being salad! Feeling better

    Sorry but petis pois are not superfree either, it would have to be sugar snap peas to be superfree. Baby corn can be a used instead of sweetcorn too

    Oh I thought they were haha! Good job I don't eat peas and I'm only rarely a sweet corn person. Never on it's own though so I know I'm getting plenty of actual SF

    ACH that doesn't look too much food at all - quite the opposite. You could have a few more syns there as it's not a large amount of food you're having at all.

    Mushy peas are only free but theyre a speed food (I've never eaten so many in my life haha)

    Glad you're feeling better about your food though I only ask about drinks because I think a lot of people over look them as being part of the healthy eating choices .x.
