I am due to weigh in on Monday and am absolutely dreading it - looking at about 7lb gain by the looks of my scales!! Totally deserved though!! Just wondered what gains everyone else have had this year, i know I am going to be sooo embarrassed when i jump on the scales at group!!!
I got on this morning with a 3.75 pound gain.
You'll have that off in no time, the quicker it goes on the quicker it'll come off, it'll mainly be water weight. As long as your bk on plan now then you could bring that 7 pound down a few pounds by Mon.

I hope you don't mind me gatecrashing! I have done nothing but stuff my face since my last weigh in on Monday - and I'm talking embarrassing levels! I'm not sure when I dare jump on the scales but at least with this thread I'll know I'm not the only one!!

i have half heartedly attempted to get back on plan today but still been having more chocolate than I should be, I have written a meal plan for the whole of next week though and done a food shop ready so I will face the gain on monday in the hope it will help me get back on track!!
Well thats all you can do, ur takin positive steps to get the gain if there is one back off :-)
My gain was 4.5lb which was mainly down to lots and lots of wine! I thoroughly enjoyed it and it was just what I needed.
A line has now been drawn and I have my last stone to shift to get slinky for spring ;-)
My scales were up 12lb this morning since Tuesday morning but MN is playing a part in that too I'd say.
Hopefully they will be down a bit by Tuesday weigh in though in my personal experience it isn't always easy on easy off but if I get back on track it will come off in its own time.
I'm thinking maybe 2lb or at worst 3lb. I barely ate yesterday as I felt so awful after Boxing Day. Today I have had picky things as I'm away but nothing too drastic and lots of green tea too. Tomorrow, Monday and Tuesday will be 100% on plan. Oh the anticipation!! Haha
My scales are 2lb up but I don't get officially weighed until Friday 3rd. I've got a meal out tomorrow night and then New Year's Eve I want to relax a bit. So hopefully might keep it at 2lb?
Had quite a good day yesterday and my scales are down a fair bit today, its worth having a good day or 2 where you can even if going to be off plan again New Year etc for a bit of damage limitation!
