So next week will be my first class in SW. I've tried to do it alone at home but I'm just not getting it lol. I've over 3 stone to lose but suffer from Low Thyroid and weight loss takes forever, then I give up! But I've promised myself and my health no more giving up and to give it 100%.
Im looking for some motivation to kick start me... Is there any fellow thyroid sufferers who have successfully lost weight with SW? If so how much have you lost and how long has it taken you?
Ive been reading and reading Minimins for a few weeks now so hopefully it will all click into place for me soon when I start class. I'm such a plain eater so it makes it harder to get everything in each day. Any tips or tricks welcome. thanks
