    What have I done

    Well I have ate all round me till I could fit in no more, cake, nuts, take aways, cream, bread, more chocolate than you can imagine, you name it I've eaten tonnes of it.

    Iv undone all my good work & for what, moments of satisfaction, SO NOT WORTH IT.

    Feel rubbish now

    Don't be too hard on yourself, we all do it. Decide what day you are going to get back on plan, then get rid of all the leftover stuff that will sabotage you. I'm back on plan as of today; have given leftover choccies away, and got a sw friendly spag bol for later and am really looking forward to it!

    Ya I have mince out & am doing savoury mince with onion, carrot, mushroom & celery in, will have it with peas & mash!

    Looking forward to getting back in control. When I'm on plan I am a control freak, usually loose 3/ 3˝lbs so need that positivity back

    I wouldn't worry too much about it, sometimes it's nice to have those bad times as it makes you kick back into action and stick to the plan. I've always like to saying one bad meal wont make you fat but one good meal wont make you skinny. It's christmas, it's a perfect time to let your hair down! xxx

    You will probably have a fab loss as it will shock your body after all the 'rubbish' food. Good luck and try to put it behind you as guilt is a wasted emotion x

    I agree that guilt is a wasted emotion. When I pass on I want to be reasonably thin, however on my death bed i'm not going to be sitting there worrying about all of the cakes or takeaways that I ate over the years, i'm going to sit there and think " do you know what, i had a good innings and enjoyed every second of it" xx

    Well I had a pound on in total over two Christmas weigh ins, which, in grand scheme of things is nothing!!
