Extra Easy Extra easy v original/green

Hi!! I've come back to SW, last time I did it, it was red and green, which I understand, always loose on red and green however, there's this extra easy thing now! What would you say I'm best doing, red and green or giving EE a try?
 
They all work but unless you are vegetarian you will be started on Extra Easy which combines the free foods from both the red and green plans xx
 
I was a bit dubious of the extra easy plan, mainly because in the past I would lose on the red but not so good on the green. I rejoined, followed the extra easy plan and lost 15.5lb over 6 weeks, so I can say it does work. Give it a go, its easier to follow and you're able to eat a wider range of free foods together.
 
I find it easier to grab food in a hurry with ee, you can always pick up ham, chicken and seafood sticks.also ideal for subway, ham & turkey salad is my favourite x
 
It's definitely easier to grab food on a extra easy day. I tend to do a mixture of green and extra easy each week. I like having extra healthy extras sometimes.
