Im 32, n Had my gallbladder taken out 5 weeks after my 4th baby back in June.
I know I've to change my diet as my body is now learning to cope without a gallbladder, and I'm no longer breastfeeding. So I wondered if anyone else in the same boat? I find if I eat certain foods esp veg, my stomachs cramping and I'm off to the loo all day! (Sorry to much information perhaps!) and that May weight just seems to stay the same, no loss, no gain since June.
Any SW peps that have any tips since gallbladder op would be appreciated!
I start back at work next week and need to think ahead what can take for lunches that's not going to have me doubled up!
