My favourite quick fixes are beans on toast, scrambled egg/omlette, pasta mixed with some cream cheese. I also love a fake korma which takes maybe 20 mins from scratch
So quick fixes: i make soup in a big batch and portion it up into bowls in the freezer and take out when needed.
Sandwiches are quick and simple (lots of salad)
Ryvita and cottage cheese
Cold pasta salad (pasta, passata, basil, chopped veg)
Bachelors rice/pasta in sauce
Cous cous (prepare and have to hand in fridge to eat cold)
Yogurt and fruit
Sugar free jelly and fruit (obviously prepared and in fridge)
Tins, tuna, beans, spaghetti, asda chick pea Dahl
