    Red face started today

    hi im jo ,did sw last year and only lost 1/2 stone,but im wanting to give it another go as I know its the best plan out there.im 44 and I really need to get at least 2 stones off.im a size 18 on top and squeezing in a 14 on bottom im always out of breath and feel crap.......time to get off my backside and do something about it....I was upset yesterday when I weighed myself and did a bmi test im classed as obese im 5ft 5 and weigh 13st 3 my dad died of an heart attack at 58 and the way things are going im feeling I will be too......going to be a regular on here and do a diet sheet too looking forward to getting to know you all jo x
