Hey guys,
I know that SW does not promote portion control, however, I have been filling up on free and superfree foods for over a week now and still the scales will not seem to budge :/

This is my food diary from today:
Breakfast: 2 Weetabix (HexB) w/ semi-skimmed milk (HexA), Banana and Vanilla Fat Free Yoghurt
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Pasta w/ Tomato and Basil Sauce (Quite a small portion as this was a canteen lunch)
Snack(s): 2x Bananas, 1 Orange, Muller Light Yoghurt
Dinner: Gammon (all visible fat removed) with new potatoes, steamed green beans and baby sweetcorn with homemade syn free gravy :)

What is going wrong? :S
Thanks guys!

All that is great and the worse thing you can do is keep stepping on scales or was this on your actual weigh in day xx if it is then sometimes this happens but you more than likely are losing inches not pounds xxx

I am guilty of scale-hopping occasionally; however, this morning was my SW weigh in and I have still maintained :(
You may be on to something though, I have been at the gym more often than usual over these last couple of weeks

when I did it last time I got stuck at same weight for 2 weeks only to be told to measure my waist, hips and bust. I did and found I had lost 3 inches off my hips and waist and 2 off my bust so its worth getting measured hehe xx

3 weeks not 2 lol

That's brilliant!
Thanks! I will give it a go :p Hopefully, the results on the tape measure will be a tad more enthusing than those on the scales :D x

as for syns I have tend to have a pattern of half high syn days like 12 then other half around 3-4 xxxx I would increase a little as we do need some fats in our body xxx

fingers crossed xxx

I know my last leader said eat between 10-15 each day....which I can very easily! He used to say it is part of the plan as we need the syns to help lose weight.

I'd agree that you should try upping your syns - the only thing here I see that might have syns is the fat-free yoghurt in the morning and probably the canteen pasta sauce (of course if they use a jar then it might be the opposite problem - full of syns!). Otherwise only thing I can see is that it's not clear whether your lunch and dinner were 1/3 superfree (and remember sweetcorn is free, but not superfree). Are you also drinking lots of water? Finally, ahem, I was quite constipated in my first week or so - you could experiment with different kinds of hexB if you have any similar problems - scanbran is brilliant for getting things moving...

My old sw lady told me to have at least 10 syns because you crave naughty thibgs and this could put your body into a kind of shut down mode cause its nit getting what it wants xxxx
