Hi everybody. I rejoined last night after having a year break and putting all the weight back on!
I'm just looking for some advice really as I'm not much of a vegetable lover so struggling to fill my plate with it!
My first day today and I've had....
Breakfast - Porridge with skimmed milk (healthy extra a and b)
Snacks - fruit, Muller light and hi-fi bar
Dinner - Jacket potato with tuna
Tea - Gammon, sweetcorn, SW chips, egg and baked beans.
