    Total Weight Loss: 1st5lb
    Weight to Lose: 0st4lb
    % Lost 10.86%


    I know this sounds a dumb question,but i only want to loose about 10 lb to get bk to my target weight(i haven't been to class for about 4 months) so obviously my club 10 will be way too low.If i join today from new does this matter.

    The rule is to re-join you have to want to lose at least 7lb and your goal weight must be healthy (which it will be as you've already had it as your target once). Not sure if they will bother giving you a club 10 if it is below your target weight.
    Originally made it to my target after losing 2.5 stone in nearly ten months on Slimming World. Regained over a stone and now looking to get back down below 11st before my trip to Rome.
    My diary:

    20th April - 11 st 10 (2lb off) - DONE 11 ST 9 (3lb off)
    27th April - 11 st 8 (1lb off)
