Hi everyone I got weighed last night and like most people I had a gain, 2lbs for 3 weeks which I can totally live with as I had a super Xmas! Back on it like a car bonnet though now. Set myself a half a stone mini target per month which should according to my calculations make me at target at the end of March which would be fab! Just need to keep focused now and eat those speed foods - any tips for big losses would be greatly appreciated. Good luck everyone else on your journey! Xxx
