I started SW yesterday (again) and was just wondering if on EE do you have to have 1/3 Superfree with everything. For example if I have supernoodles or a pasta N sauce would they have to have 1/3 with them?
Also was anyone else really hungry the first few days, literally after I eat a meal im hungry again I don't know if its psychological or if I have worms or something haha!!
Yes you really should try to have a third with everything, after all SW is about healthy eating and just a packet super noodles or pasta n sauce isn't exactly nutritional on they're own, but combined with a third of veggies of salad it as a hea
thy balance meal and free on plan x
Just to be safe you could either throw a salad on the side or prepare a little fresh fruit salad to follow up your noodles
