Im new to SW.....extra easy and exercise?

One of my friends does the extra easy plan and doesn't do any exercise! I know it's not the same for everyone but Would you recommend doing some exercise each day when doing the extra easy plan to help with weight loss?

Currently I've been using the exercise bike for about 30/45 minutes the last couple of nights. would it help to carry on or should i just not bother?

any comments would be helpful x

    Hi

The plan WILL work without exercise so your friend is totally fine to follow it without doing anything. HOWEVER doing exercise can help you lose up to an extra 2 stone a year, Helps you to tone us your muscles and skin from the weightloss , you get extra stickers and certificates to reward your body magic and why would you NOT want to be even healthier?

I would definitely say stick in and keep doing it, you can only benefit

I have lost 4 stone 11 without exercising BUT I do run around quite a bit anyway. I am sure it would help and tone up any baggy bits so I would say if you enjoy it then go for it!

Its whatever works best for you. Bottom line is you will burn more calories by exercising and assuming that you don't eat more to compensate for the exercise you will lose more weight. Plus the added bonus of exercising is good for you! I would recommend buying a cheap heart rate monitor so that you know are working hard enough!

i would suggest eating after, your body will metabolise the food quicker. Plus, exercising on an 'empty tank' means you will use more fat to fuel your exercise.
