Hi there, I'm just starting (again) on Slimming World and came across this forum. Hopefully it will help me along the way.

I've got quite a bit to lose (over 5 stone) but I'm determined this time, I'm sick of feeling tired all the time.

I have 2 children and would very much like to be able to run about with them more.

Thanks everyone. I've bought myself a doodle pad to write things down. So far it has start weight, measurements, my goal weight and a picture of me when I was thinner to spur me on. Going to check out those links now :)
 
Welcome!! I have a normal diary that I keep as a food diary ... Thats helpful. I write all meals down ( I don't snack in between ) and then write the syns down so can keep track of how many sins I have used per day.
