    Exclamation Long haul blues?

    How far are you away from target... Any advice for beating the long haul blues, I've not got too far left to go however I just can't seem to find the motivation!

    I have 3st 4.5lbs to go but I'm trying not to think of that too much. Over Christmas has been a bit of a struggle however I'm now focussed on getting my 2.5st award and started a C25K program. I WILL get to target this year and I WILL stay there.

    Why not treat yourself to something in another 7lbs? Doesn't have to be something expensive but rather something that you can keep thinking of. Maybe a new top or a book you've been wanting to get?

    Reach my Club 10 weight of 14st 12.5lbs 22/11/2013
    Get under 200lbs (14st 3.5lbs)
    17/01/2014
    Hit the half way mark (13st 11lbs)
    21/02/2014
    Fit comfortably into size 16 jeans
    29/03/2014
    Be at my pre-pregnancy weight (12st 13lbs)
    04/04/2014
    Fit comfortably into size 14 jeans
    BMI in the healthy range (11st 10lbs)

    I'm managing to maintain quite easily however the motivation to push through and just get it done just isn't happening at the moment! I seem to get through most if the week and then a treat meal will come up and I'll subside.

    you're almost at target too with is amazing to see, well done you'll be a yummy mummy in no time at all! X x
