Extra Easy Superfree foods

Hi
I'm new to this site, I did try to post this question before but somehow it hasnt appeared (or if it has I cant find it). Sorry therefore if you have read this before.

I know 1/3 of my plate for meals should be comprised of 1/3 superfree foods. However the booklet i have (maybe out of date it is 2010), doesnt give a full list of them. Please could someone put up a list of all superfree foods. What i want to do is stick this list on the fridge or somewhere for easy reference.

I have also noticed in my booklet that some foods are speed foods, are these the same as superfree ?

I apologise if this question has been asked many times before (I would imagine it has) but if so I havent been able to find it.

Many thanks, and thanks for a great site..
Jules

Superfree foods are all vegetables except potatoes, sweetcorn, peas, parsnips, broad beans - very starchy vegetables. And all fresh or frozen fruit except for avocado pears. It is not possible to put up a complete list, as this would infringe SW copyright.

Speed and superspeed foods are different - they are foods in any category that can help speed up weight loss if you get stuck.

It would of course have been better if these terms, meaning quite different things, had not been given such similar names, but it can't be helped now!

Might it be worth going to a new class while there is free joining, paying once to get weighed and get a new up to date pack? Just an idea.x.x.

Please only join if you want to stay. It's where you get all the support and continuous up to date info.

I know it is and I wouldnt usually suggest it, but think if you cant get to meetings its better to do that than spend a lot of money getting old ones online or following your own out-of-date book
