Food Abuse ... Help?!

I keep seeing the term food abuse being used in threads. I don't really understand what it means? Can anyone help?

Why would it jeopardise it though if it's free food? Confused.

Because you eat a lot more of it than you would in its intended form, it's not as filling as it would be. Like mashing a banana, part of why a banana is so filling is chewing it, so if you mash it it needs to be synned. Sorry if I'm not explaining very well!

Using the lasagna sheet Doritos as the example...

It would be easy to eat 3 or 4 sheets of lasagna (made into Doritos) as a snack. This might 'fill you up' for about an hour.

If you were to eat 3 or 4 sheets of lasagna (just cooked) it would be difficult to eat it all. You would feel full for much longer than an hour and also you would probably be eating superfree with it, as part of a meal and not a snack.

the only thing ive gained from this thread is a need to know how to make lasagne sheet doritos.....:)
