new to slimming world

Hi i started slimming world on Tue. Can any body tell me how many muller lights you eat a day?. Im new to s/w im doing ee and finding it quiet easy but keep niggling that im eating to much. Today ive had

Breakfast banana, apple, grapes (fruit salad plain) and a muller,
lunch super pasta and muller,
Tea chicken breast potatoes and loads free veg and 3 syns gravy. Cheese cake made with quark muller and h/e alpin bar.
mug shot as a snack.

Im eating more than normal. I'm having a panic. Any advise would be great
 
I used to be so bad and had about 6 a day just because I could, my weight loss slowed down but when I cut down it started up again. It affects people in different ways, trial and error. If it starts affecting your losses then cut down, if not then carry on. If they weren't free would you eat them all the time? Don't just eat something because it's free... eat until you're satisfied x
 
I only have mullerlights at work. I tent to have natural fat free yogurt with fruit at home as it works out cheaper. I think I changed when my SW consultant said how much better it was for you calorie wise. I buy the frozen forest fruits from aldi which is lush with the natural yogurt.
 
Most days I just have 1 either with my breakfast/lunch or just as a snack but have had up to 3 in a day, as long as its not 3 or 4 every single day then im sure you will be fine x
 
Hi,I have 4 a day!! Only ever gained once or twice in a year,couldn't eat a bowl of fruit without a muller :)


That would bankrupt me! They are soooo expensive. Don't get me wrong I buy and eat them but only 1 a day (husband has more but is a bean pole Grrr)

i like the idea of big pots posted above, with fruit. I may investigate.
 
I used to eat lots of them - probably while getting used to the plan and finding other free foods to snack on that worked better for me. Now I've changed to Activia 0% Fat and usually only one a day. Sometimes more, but I don't stress if that happens. If I go through a prridge for breakfast phase, then I have more as I cook the porridge with just a little water then add some yogurt to make it creamy, that way I save HEx A for cheese rations!!

I do this too :) I love my magic porridge made with Muller. Means I can keep my hexa for cheese!!

To the OP however, I would just keep half an eye on using mugshots as a snack..
