Trying to get back on plan!
Not been on the site in a while and not been on plan either :$
Rejoined sw 2 weeks before Christmas! Crazy I know but wanted to control (ish) how much I put on! Put on 3lb overall.
When I went back to sw I expected to have gained a lot since the last time I had been but I was 3.5lb lighter!!! Dunno how that happened lol
Trying to get back on track now after a few weeks off, joining gym again this week with my best friend for some extra motivation. She is getting married sept this year!
How are you all getting on?
I'm in my first year of teaching and I'm so tired all the time and there is so much to do! I find it difficult to think about what I'm eating!
Looking forward to spring and driving home in the light!
