    Totally new to this..

    Hi everyone!

I am completely new to Slimming World but already LOVING it! Don't feel like I am watching what I am eating at all.

Haven't felt hungry once or had any really strong cravings.

I'm only on day 3 right enough

Any advice on how to keep it this way would be totally welcome

Sounds like your doing really well so far!

I find it helps to have some staples at hand e.g. mugshots, lean meat in fridge, fruit, mullers etc on standby in case hunger strikes between meals. I always have fruit or a hi-fi bar in my hand bag when I go out.

Also planning your meals for the week ahead really helps, I also make huge batches and freeze things.

    Good luck with your journey.

well done on a great start!!

but, the cravings WILL come, trust me, it happens to us all. the temptations will be there (not the band, that would be AWESOME) But the impulse to just thoughtlessly shove crap in your mouth like its the apocalypse will creep up and smack you in the bum. when it does be ready.

say, NO tasty yummy doughnut, i will eat this delicious narna smothered in vanilla muller instead cos then i will reach my goal.

MRs Mcgregor give good advice, always have tasty low syn or freee food in the house. and best of luck for your journey xxx

Having been on a million diets before I dread the day that the cravings come. Those chocolate bars are my biggest weakness.
I do feel that it is true when they say that slimming world is not a diet but a change to your life. After doing my monthly shop yesterday, my fridge is full of pretty colours!! Where as before it would be filled with all the wrong things. I have loads of mullers and an abundance of fruit so I can between meals!

Thanks for the advice ladies xx
