    Changes to group leaders

I've recently joined this forum and love it's chatty and info filled pages. I've also been following the thread about staying or leaving a group. Ive been a group member 4 times - ive left 4 times because of the constant changes (for the worse) of leader. This latest change is a disaster for our whole group. We had a brilliant leader and now we've got a mediocre one who does not inspire me at all. I need to go to group - I used to look forward to it - now I dread it. There is another group nearby but nobody likes the leader!! The constant changes are so disruptive. I need to stay on track (health reasons) but I can feel myself pulling back - I haven't been for two weeks now. Help!!

SW groups are operated on a franchise basis so if a consultant chooses to give up their group there's not much SWHQ can do about it. At least they found a replacement as I've known some classes close when the consultant packed it in. If the consultant at the new group isn't inspiring you can you not make some suggestions for things that would improve it? Its a bit of two way street I think x
