I just wanted a little advice. I have just had a 1/2lb gain.. Considering the shout of syns I must have consumed on a night out Friday.. This is not to bad!
My group leader has said I need to eat more free.. I wasn't eating enough super free... So I went a bit crazy on that with only a little free. Is this why I have had the gain? Am I not eating enough??
any advice would be fab as I'm now feeling a bit confused by the whole thing lol
