Extra Easy Finding the books hard to read

I understand the books in some way but when it tells you how many syns is in something, for example macaroni cheese is 2.5 on EE per 100g but does it also depend on what brand it is?

Yeh it's a general guide so that's why they have the online tool too x

have a read of page 54 as it says that the syns are the averages for everyday products and that brands may differ. So some brands will be higher and others lower. If you want to know syns for a particular brand you need to look it up on syns online instead

ah right i get it now thanks i havent got the online tool cos im just doing it by myself from home
