Help, i am at a loss i have been doing mainly red/green days i have had all my daily syns, however with sll the fruit and veg i feel like i am going to go bang , i did sneaky peek on scales this morning ,,,,,, so upset i have put nearly 2lbs on ???? How???
Have you been drinking enough? Drinking plenty of water usually helps me but I've to make a effort to drink it as I could easily go all day without drinking!
Yeah i drink over 2ltrof plain water a day , i was previously on the cambridge diet , came off it , took 2 weeks off all kinds of dieting and the started SW, i think my system is shot to bits and will probably need a few weeks to settle down , i will continue , just upset and fustrated , however my official eeigh in is not till tue ,, i may be being impatient !!
Do you keep a diary on here? I'm hiding my scales this week to stop sneaky peeks!! There's some weeks where I've stuck to plan all week and the scales haven't actually went down until weigh day (frustrating as it is!)
Try peppermint tea, it's supposed to help with bloating
It sounds like you just need to let your body get used to the plan. You are drinking lots of water which is key really, so you are doing right. Sometimes i get like this and after a few days it all catches up and i am several pounds down, so don't get put off and keep going and it should settle in time.
Some in our group use scan bran as a means to not getting bloated, and there are a few recipes on here for that - might be something you could try if the problem persists.
Thanks guys for all your advice,, i know i am an impatient person expecting results un 5 days!!!! But i am enjoying being able to eat !! I do need to incorporate some kinda exercise regime aswell!!!
So many of my friends have lost so much weight with SW, sometimes i feel a failure, when i don't get it right, and fall of the wagon ,,, just because i can't wait !!!! Rome wasn't built in a day !!! Must be patient!!!
