Hi new and a Tuesday weigher
Well it's time I took the bull by the horns and change what's been the biggest heartache of my 48 years. I have tried every diet in the book from eating nothing but cabbage soup. To pointing every think lol. I have decided Sw is the way to go so many people saying how great it is and passing on this site info. I'm not a big techno person so please bear with me.
This is is now my 3rd week doing it. First week lost 5lb. Second 1.5 truly hoping for .5 this Tuesday. Can I just say this site is so helpful with syne values. And things I'm not sure about.
Hopefully by my holiday in July I will be 4 / 5 stone lighter. So hi everyone and well done Ll the people I have read and seen how far they have come
