Back again .....
Well I first subscribed to minimins in August 2007 and have been an on and off member ever since.
I think I may have possibly tried every diet going and my weight has gone up and down, and up and down again. Its now back to the UP!
I (on a spur of the moment decision) joined my local slimming world group last Tuesday, I have to say I have followed the plan very carefully but I feel so blimmin fat! I feel like I've eaten so much! I don't usually eat fruit at all so to go from zero fruit and very limited veg to full on fruit and veg has left me feeling quite stodgy BUT I am looking forward to my weigh in on Tuesday evening.
Right I'm off to have a read through some of these threads for motivation
Slimming world start date 2-1-14
week 1-4 Week 12lb lost
Week 5 -8 6 1/2lb lost
week 9-12 3 1/2lb lost (March)
week 13 +1lb Birthday week it;s cool
week 14 -2 1/2lb lost
Welcome, and you have made a great choice with slimming work. Its quite refreshing to be on a 'diet' where hunger is not required to lose weight.
The forum here also has some great advice.

Welcome back Jools. I'm another on and off member who is currently back trying to lose some weight.
It feels crazy at first how much food you are allowed to eat and that you can be dieting whilst feeling so full, but it does work. I'm looking forward to seeing how you get on at your first weigh in.
