Another hello from a newbie
I started SW on New Year's Day mostly in support of my OH. He did SW a few years back, before we met, and lost 5 stone, but the weight has crept back on so he's back on the wagon and I've climbed on too! We're just doing it ourselves at home from his old books, so I've been lurking about for recipe ideas for a while, so thought it was about time I said hi.
For me SW has been more about healthy eating, which let's face it, is never a bad thing, but I have lost a bit going from 9 13lbs to 9 stone 6lb. I'd like to get under 9 (before anyone panics, I'm only 5"2) but it's more about how my jeans fit, if that makes sense.
I love cooking and it's been really enjoyable for me doing some different things. I look forward to recipe sharing with you all!
