    Herbal High Fibre Tablets

    Has anybody tried these Herbal high fibre tablets? They sound good...

    I find Eating pears, melon, butternut Squash and drinking fresh filter codfee(instead of instant) help so no need for tablets Also sweet pots are a great source of fibre even though in the book not got a f symbol If you look through your book at foods with f. Should help xx
